The updates include letters from the Pension Regulator to cover Postponement and Engagement , we have added the ability to send the pdf copies of the letters via email in Umbrella Control (and available to the Contractor via their Portal access) and both packages have integrated how pension costs impact calculations and outputs

We have introduced a major update to cover all the changes to the main Managers in BackOffice. This is a direct response to suggestions from customers. The Quick Entry has also been updated to allow importing of timesheets, a log file of entries and more visibility of other users work. As always, every user gets the full installation with this and other updates

The full text engine is now available in BackOffice
We have added a full text engine into BackOffice. This covers messages as diverse as “Your Net Pay is” texts that get auto created when you process payrolls to texts for any purpose. Every customer gets the full options in the next update. Contact us if you need to support or we can provide a supporting process pdf

Rest assured our solution already has it covered. One of our clients is already processing RTI in 2012/2013 as one of the HMRC guinea pigs, so we have a lot of experience on what can happen. As HMRC smooth the process, you will benefit from a secure transfer of data. All the RTI processes are completed in QTAC. You can schedule your RTI submissions to send out of office hours; you can set QTAC to send the details automatically; you can send the details for one contractor individually; you can bulk create multiple RTI submissions in one process. There are a lot of options, but all of them are there to support how you do business. Once your FPS has been received and accepted by HMRC. QTAC will display a ‘Crown’ symbol over the Contractor pay period closed tick
