SALES MANAGER

The Sales Manager is an enhanced quick search module to enable support or first responder teams to respond to calls from contractors and be presented with all relevant information on one screen


The user is able to find a Contractor using any part of up to ten most used search fields (name, address date of birth, postcode, mobile) in order to quickly access the contractor record. There is the ability to re-activate a retired record

Fully integrated telephone systems have allowed customers to automatically search on caller ID’s and pop-up the relevant Contractor record. Compared to a simple search, this module allows the user to also search based on Agency, Company, Department and even contractor status to re-activate archived records

Once the specific record is seen, by double clicking on the record the user is presented with all the detail about the contractor. This includes being able to email payslips, add Notes of conversations, create Tasks, see what Timesheets are being processed, re-send Document from the Letter Manager and many other support tasks

All the information and processes can be accessed via other parts of the system, but are pulled together into one multi tabbed screen to support first responder or support teams
