TASK MANAGER

The Task Manager is probably the most pervasive Manager in the whole system.

Tasks can be raised automatically by system monitoring (ie AWR, late certificates, retirement dates, visa expiry dates, etc) or by an office user presenting a Task to another office user or by just by creating self tasks. Alerts can be scheduled to remind all parties to a Task.

Icons to create Tasks appear on most screens

As a simple example of a task; a logged in user can create a Task assigning a group of Contractor records to another user to “update mobile numbers”. That task can be found in the owner task list and the assignee task list and can be actively monitored for progress. The actual task record includes active links to all the Contractors and can also be found on each Contractor in a task tab

Another example is a user receiving an automated Task (and\or an email) with a list of all contractor records who shared the same bank account as at a specific date\time. The Task can be set to arrive weekly, daily, hourly to support the need. This can help support fraud investigations or merely confirm family members who share the same bank account

Tasks have Statuses, Categories, Users, Types, Dates, completion Percentages and many other components. The objective is to support users operating the system
